  6. Under no circumstances should any party use the competition materials for any purposes, such as construction, in whole or in part, even if modifications have been made to the submitted materials.

  7. Participants should demonstrate through sketches and working materials that the design is created by human architects and does not involve the use of artificial intelligence or similar generative architecture. The only exception is if the design explicitly states the intention to use artificial intelligence as part of the innovative design process, but even in such cases, the human-led process must still be evident.

  8. Participants have no right to request monetary or any other form of compensation in lieu of prizes, nor do they have the right to receive any compensation from the organizers beyond what is stipulated in these rules.

  9. By registering for the competition, each participant accepts these terms and acknowledges the authority of the judges and the finality of the judging results.

  10. The organizers have the right to review all competition conditions and, in the event of any dispute, to deliberate and make the final decision on any matters related to the competition. The organizers reserve the right to disqualify participants who violate the competition rules or withhold prizes from them.

  13. The first round of review and evaluation will be conducted by the organizers and hosting party, primarily to conduct eligibility checks on the submitted entries. Entries with correct titles, registration numbers, on-time submissions (SOT), and the correct number of design concepts and boards will make it to the longlist.

  14. The second round of judging will be conducted by selected members of the jury based on the evaluation criteria. The shortlist will then be determined and announced.

  16. In each round of the judging process, the attendance rate of jury members must reach 50% to be considered valid for the judging results.
